Edit Exercise: Customize Your Workout Details

Need to make quick adjustments? Editing an exercise allows you to modify key details like weight, reps, rest, benchmarks, and progression.

Important Note

Changes to weight and reps only affect the first set of the exercise. Subsequent sets will adjust automatically based on performance.

Steps to Edit an Exercise:

  1. Open the More Options Menu
    During an active session, tap the More button (three dots) next to the current exercise.

  2. Select “Edit Exercise”
    Choose Edit Exercise from the menu.

  3. Update the Exercise Details
    A modal will appear with options to adjust:

    • Weight

    • Reps

    • Benchmark

    • Progression

    • Rest

  4. Save Changes
    Tap the Accept button (checkmark) to confirm your updates.


You’re now ready to adapt your workout to your exact preferences!
