Steps to View Carb Schedule:
Locate Carb Schedule
In the Training tab, find the section labeled Carb Schedule.Open Carb Schedule Details
Tap on the schedule to open a modal displaying how your carbs are distributed across meals and snacks.Review Carb Timing and Amounts
The modal will show detailed timing and portion recommendations tailored to your day.Close the Modal
Swipe down or tap the Close (“X”) icon to exit the modal.
