Steps to Review a Past Training Session:

  1. Select a Date
    Use the Date Picker to choose the session date you want to view.

  2. Focus on the Session
    Tap the selected date to view its details.

  3. Review Session Details

    • Overview: Session time and total sets completed.

    • Macros: Nutrition breakdown for the day.

    • Exercises: Grouped by muscle, with each set displayed on a card.

  4. Choose Another Date or Return to Today
    Pick a different date or tap Today to return to the current session.
