Steps to Edit Training Plan Preferences
Navigate to the Settings + Info Tab
Open the Settings + Info tab in the app.Access Training Plan Preferences
Locate the Training section in the Account tab.
Tap Training Plan Preferences to view your current settings.
Tap the Edit Button
On the Training Plan Preferences screen, tap the Edit button in the top-right corner.Update Preferences Using the Wizard
The wizard will guide you through updating your preferences:Limb Proportion: Specify your limb proportions.
Clavicle Proportion: This screen appears only if additional details are required based on the limb proportion you selected.
Muscle Priority: Confirm the muscle groups you want to emphasize.
Training Equipment: Select the equipment you’ll use.
Muscle Building Goal: Define your hypertrophy objective.
Weekly Commitment: Set your available training volume.
Training Week Kickoff: Choose the day your training week starts.
Save Your Changes
After completing the wizard, tap the checkmark (✓) button to save your updated preferences.
