Update your training plan settings, including limb and clavicle proportions, muscle priority, equipment, goals, and schedule.

Steps to Edit Training Plan Preferences

  1. Navigate to the Settings + Info Tab
    Open the Settings + Info tab in the app.

  2. Access Training Plan Preferences

    • Locate the Training section in the Account tab.

    • Tap Training Plan Preferences to view your current settings.

  3. Tap the Edit Button
    On the Training Plan Preferences screen, tap the Edit button in the top-right corner.

  4. Update Preferences Using the Wizard
    The wizard will guide you through updating your preferences:

    • Limb Proportion: Specify your limb proportions.

    • Clavicle Proportion: This screen appears only if additional details are required based on the limb proportion you selected.

    • Muscle Priority: Confirm the muscle groups you want to emphasize.

    • Training Equipment: Select the equipment you’ll use.

    • Muscle Building Goal: Define your hypertrophy objective.

    • Weekly Commitment: Set your available training volume.

    • Training Week Kickoff: Choose the day your training week starts.

  5. Save Your Changes
    After completing the wizard, tap the checkmark (✓) button to save your updated preferences.
