Your Gatheround profile picture is currently pulled directly from your Google account - if you don't have a profile picture set up in Google Gatheround uses your initials as a default thumbnail (also from your Google account info).

You can change your picture or initials by accessing your Personal Info in Google: https://myaccount.google.com/personal-info.
