The app is available on Google Play or IOS 10 or later. After downloading the app, make sure you have allowed access in your smartphone settings to:
- Location (so that you can find your way around during the ride and so that we can find your bike after the ride)
- Camera (so that you can scan the QR code on the bike)
- Phone memory (so that the app can send us photos taken at the end of the ride)
