What is an Anniversary Bonus?
An Anniversary Bonus is a special reward to celebrate your account's anniversary. It is typically credited automatically to your account on your anniversary date.
How can I check my anniversary date?
Click the Profile icon in the top right corner.
Select Account Details.
Your Registration Date will be visible here.
Are there any requirements for the Anniversary Bonus?
You must be included in the Bonus Program to qualify.
You must have at least 9 deposits in the last 90 days.
Each deposit must be a minimum of SGD 30.
How much is the bonus, and what is the turnover?
Bonus amounts and turnover requirements vary by tier. You can check the amounts applicable to your account on your VIP page.

Where can I find my bonus?
If you qualify on your anniversary, the bonus will be sent to your Bonus page. Click the Claim button to activate it.
You may also receive an email notification — check your inbox, spam, or trash folders.
What if I didn't receive my bonus on my anniversary?
Contact Customer Support to request your bonus within 7 days after your anniversary.
If you haven't met the deposit requirement yet, you have 7 days to do so.
Once approved, claim your bonus on the Bonus page.
If you believe you are eligible but did not receive the bonus, please verify your account activity and deposits against the eligibility criteria before reaching out.
