A Birthday Bonus is a special reward to celebrate your birthday.
Are there any requirements for a Birthday Bonus?
You must be included in the Bonus Program to qualify for the bonus.
Have at least 9 deposits in the last 90 days to qualify.
Each deposit must be a minimum of SGD 30.
How can I claim my Birthday Bonus?
Contact Customer Support to request your bonus within 7 days after your birthday. You can do this on weekends.
Provide a valid ID for verification.
If you haven't met the deposit requirement, you have 7 days to do so.
Once approved, the bonus will be issued to your account.
Processing times for birthday bonus requests are typically within 24 hours during business days. However, if submitted over the weekend, processing will begin on Monday.
