Claiming process
The Welcome Bonus can be claimed through all payment methods.
Bank transfers, crypto transfers, and vouchers are all valid for activating a Welcome Bonus.

4. Once your deposit is credited, the bonus will be automatically credited as well.
5. As your deposit will be used to activate the bonus, you will now have only a bonus balance.

The Welcome Bonus expires 5 days after account registration if not claimed. Once claimed, the bonus is valid for 30 days.
The Welcome Bonus is a sticky bonus - meaning that its cancellation leads to the loss of your deposit as well.
If you have a Welcome Bonus activated on your account, bonus funds will be used before real money funds.

The bonus turnover requirement depends on the bonus you choose. Example calculations are presented below:

Welcome Live Casino Bonus 100%: (Deposit SGD 100 + Bonus SGD 100) X 30x Turnover = SGD 6000

Welcome Slots Crypto Bonus 298%: (Deposit SGD 100 + Bonus SGD 298) × 25 = SGD 9950
Bonuses are non-transferable and locked to the specific category for which they were claimed. For example, a Sports Welcome Bonus cannot be used for slots or casino games.
Promotion terms

Only bets with 1.50 odds or more contribute to the turnover of the Sports Welcome Bonus.
Only the 1st bet on a single sports event for a specific market contributes to the turnover of the Sports Welcome Bonus.
The max live casino stake for turnover contribution for the Live Casino Welcome Bonus is SGD 100.
The max slot stake for the Slots Welcome Bonus turnover contribution is SGD 5.
Canceling a deposit bonus will result in a loss of the total balance.
