Claiming process
The Welcome Bonus can be claimed through all payment methods.
Bank transfers, crypto transfers, and vouchers are all valid for activating a Welcome Bonus.
1. Open the Deposit page and you will see all of the available deposit bonus options. You will have the option to select from 3 bonuses: Slots, Live Casino and Sports.

3. Once you have selected the bonus, the bonus of your choice will be visible at the bottom of the deposit methods page, where you can also change it.

Minimum deposit amount to claim the bonus is MYR 50.
5. Once your deposit is credited, the bonus will be automatically credited as well.
6. As your deposit will be used to activate the bonus, you will now have only a bonus balance.
Example 1: If you deposit MYR 50 and select the 100% Live Casino Welcome Bonus
MYR 100 will be placed in your bonus balance
Total turnover required will be 100 x 30 = 3,000
Example 2: If you deposit MYR 200 and select the 100% Sports Welcome Bonus
MYR 400 will be placed in your bonus balance
Total turnover required will be 400 x 15 = 6,000
The Welcome Bonus is a sticky bonus - meaning that its cancellation leads to the loss of your deposit as well.
If you have a Welcome Bonus activated on your account, real money funds will be used before bonus funds.
The Welcome Bonus has 3 parts, and you can only claim Part 2 after completing Part 1, and you can only claim Part 3 after completing both Part 1 and Part 2.
Part 2 of the bonus is a 50% bonus.
Part 3 of the bonus is a 100% bonus.
The maximum bonus amounts are:
Part 1: MYR 1,200
Part 2: MYR 900
Part 3: MYR 900
If you decide for a certain product on Part 1 (e.g. Live Casino Welcome Bonus) - you can not switch to a different product for Part 2 and Part 3.
Turnover requirements
The bonus turnover requirement depends on the bonus you choose. Example calculations are presented with the minimum deposit amount.
Welcome Sports Bonus: (Deposit MYR 50 + Bonus MYR 50) X 15x Turnover = MYR 1500
Welcome Live Casino Bonus: (Deposit MYR 50 + Bonus MYR 50) X 30x Turnover = MYR 3000
Welcome Slots Bonus: (Deposit MYR 50 + Bonus MYR 50) X 20x Turnover = MYR 2000
Promotion terms
Only bets with 1.50 odds or more contribute to the turnover of the Sports Welcome Bonus.
Only the 1st bet on a single sports event for a specific market contributes to the turnover of the Sports Welcome Bonus.
The max live casino stake for turnover contribution for the Live Casino Welcome Bonus is MYR 100.
The max slot stake for the Slots Welcome Bonus turnover contribution is MYR 5.
Canceling a deposit bonus will result in a loss of the total balance.
If you have a Welcome Bonus activated on your account, real money funds will be used before bonus funds.
