How do I earn GemRebates?
Instant Rebates are earned as a percentage of your total real-money turnover.
Direct cashback to your Withdrawable Balance, no turnover required.
Daily Rebates are also earned as a percentage of your total real-money turnover.
You also get the Withdrawal Fee returned via Daily Rebates.
Issued every day at 5 PM SGT.

Weekly Rescue Rebates are earned based on your Net Loss during the week.
Available from Amethyst tier and above.
Issued every Saturday at 6 PM SGT.
Issued as a bonus with 10x turnover.

How can I claim rebates?
Instant and Daily Rebates
Click on the Rewards icon and select Rebates.
Click the Claim button next to the rebates you want to claim.

Weekly Rescue Rebates
Weekly Rescue Rebates are issued to your Bonuses section every Saturday at 6 PM SGT, if you are eligible.
The timer to the next Weekly Rescue Rebate is available in the Rebates section.
To claim once issued:
Click on the Rewards icon and select Bonuses.
Click Claim next to the Weekly Rescue Bonus — your bonus will become active.

Players excluded from the bonus program cannot claim the Weekly Rescue Bonus.
