Once it’s done, you’ll receive a successful transaction confirmation.

Which Banks Are Supported for TrustPay Deposits?

You can choose one of the following options:

  • PayNow QR (works with all Singapore banks)

  • DBS

  • UOB

  • CIMB

  • Standard Chartered

  • OCBC

  • Maybank

What Are the Deposit Limits for TrustPay?

Bank Transfer

  • Minimum deposit: SGD 100

  • Maximum deposit: SGD 20,000

PayNow QR

  • Minimum deposit: SGD 100

  • Maximum deposit: SGD 2,000

There are no fees, no matter which TrustPay option you choose.

What Is the Processing Time for TrustPay Deposits?

Deposits are usually instant.

In some cases, processing may take up to 1-3 minutes.

What if My TrustPay Deposit Is Pending?

If your deposit takes longer than expected, it may be due to:

  • Bank maintenance

  • Temporary system delays

If your deposit still hasn’t appeared after some time, please take a screenshot of your transfer and contact support so the team can help you out.

Why Do I Need to Enter My Name for PayNow QR Deposits?

For PayNow QR deposits, entering your payer name is required to generate the QR code.

A quick heads-up: the name you enter must match the name shown in your iBanking app. If you’d rather not do that, you can always choose another available deposit method instead.
