To keep your funds safe, we now require all crypto withdrawal addresses to be whitelisted before you can withdraw. This extra step helps prevent unauthorised withdrawals if someone else ever gains access to your account.
Once a wallet address is whitelisted, you can withdraw to it easily. You only need to do this once per wallet address.
How to whitelist your wallet address
Step 1: Start your withdrawal
Go to the Withdraw page and select Crypto
Enter your withdrawal amount, then choose your Cryptocurrency and Network
Select your wallet platform (e.g., Coinbase, MetaMask, Trust Wallet)
If your platform is not listed, select Other and type the platform name manually
Step 2: Add your wallet address
Copy your wallet address from your crypto platform and paste it into the GemBet website
Click Verify Wallet Address
Step 3: Verify via email
An email will be sent to your registered GemBet email address
Open the email and click Verify Your Wallet Address
Once completed, your wallet address is whitelisted and ready for withdrawals
