In this guide, we will look at how to generate a new report and how to view previous ones.

Let's start by looking at the out-of-stock report.

Select the out-of-stock report. Then select the generate report button. This will create a report and show you all products currently out of stock in your inventory.

You can generate any of the reports on the list by selecting them and then selecting generate. Each time you generate a report or the system generates one for you, they are added to a log. This log allows you to pull previously generated reports so you don't have to export the lists or screenshot what they show you.

Genie stores all generated reports in an easy-to-access list.

First, select one of the reports you want to see a past log for. Then select the tab labeled "Past Reports." You will see a list of all the past reports generated. Once you find one you want to view, simply click it, and voila you have yourself the list of products that were, in this case, at risk of stocking out on March 25th.

Viewing past reports gives you a look into past performance and shows what products may be selling more then, compared to now.

And that concludes the guide.
