Starting a New Incident Report

  1. Select New Report from the app home screen.

  2. On the next screen, select Incident Report. This will be the very first report at the top of the list (if there are other reports that your user permissions allow you to access).

Incident Report ID

By default, a Report ID will always be generated for you when you start a new incident report. It will appear at the top of the report as circled in the screenshot below.

Accessing Incident Report Sections

  • Directly beneath the red bar displaying the Report ID, you’ll see the report section headers. Select any section name to open it and complete the required information.

  • The section you’re currently viewing will be highlighted with a red background and underline.

  • If there are more sections than can fit on your screen, use the left/right arrows to scroll through them.

  • The section headers remain fixed as you scroll, making it easy to switch between sections.

  • No need to manually save when moving between sections – your entries will remain. That said, saving frequently is still recommended.
