Your property may require additional mandatory questions in addition to the core four (incident date, incident time, patient first name & patient last name), which will be identified by a red asterisk (*):
You can save a report as often as you like, but you cannot submit it (via “Save and Close Out Report to Cloud”) until all mandatory questions are completed.
If you attempt to submit an incomplete report:
A pop-up will notify you that mandatory fields are missing.
You will see hyperlinks directing you to each incomplete section.
