Open Events

  • By default, up to 50 open events will be displayed.

  • If more than 50 events are open, use the pagination controls at the bottom of the page to move between pages.

Locked Events

  • If an event row is highlighted in light blue, it means another dispatcher is currently editing it.

  • This lock prevents multiple users from making conflicting changes.

  • The lock is removed automatically if the other user exits the event or is inactive for more than 15 seconds.

  • If the user has the panel open, which is where they log more details about the event, this will also lock. It will automatically unlock after 2 minutes of inactivity.

New Events

  • Click the New Event button in the top-left corner to create a new dispatch event.

  • By default, new events will appear at the top of the list.

If you’ve applied custom sorting, the position of the new event may vary based on your selected sort order.

Search and Filter

  • Use the Search box to find specific events quickly.

  • To clear your search, delete the contents of the box.

  • You can also filter events by type using the dropdown menu next to the search box.

Archived Events

  • Archived (closed) events are removed from the console view but remain accessible:

  • Click the View Archived Events button, or

  • Go to Dispatch > Event History in the side navigation.

Runs / Lifts / Trails / Buildings

  • Click any of these options to open a new tab where you can manage the status of ski runs, lifts, trails or buildings.

Communication Log

  • A real-time space for dispatchers to communicate operational updates, such as gate status, wildlife sightings, lift issues and so forth:

  • Newest messages appear at the top.

  • By default, the log is filtered to today’s messages, but you can:

    • Use the date picker to view past logs.

    • Filter by log categories.

    • If a color block appears next to a message, it reflects the category's assigned color (e.g., Wildlife = Green).

Column Order

  • You can customize which columns appear and in what order using the Column Order feature.

  • This view is user-specific, allowing each user to configure their own layout.
