This is where the dispatcher adds the specific type of transport that was initiated (e.g., snowmobile, toboggan, etc.).

This is where the destination of the transport type is indicated (e.g., clinic, first aid, etc.).

This is a time field to enter the time the transport was started.

This is a time field to enter the time the transport arrived at its destination.

To add additional transports, select the Add New Log button.

To remove a transport log, select the Remove section button.
