For Lift events:
The Occurrence Site Type will default to Lift.
Use the dropdown to select the specific lift or start typing its name to filter and select the appropriate one.
Lift Stopped At / Lift Started Back Up At / Total Time Down
For lift stoppages, you can use these fields to record the specific time the lift was stopped at and when it started running again. Once filled in, the total time down will auto calculate.
People on Lift / Run Off Electric Power / Run Off Auxiliary / Lift Evacuation
For lift stoppages, you can check any one of these fields if they apply to the specific lift event.
If one or more is selected, a time field will appear for you to record the time of occurrence.
