Within the Dispatch Console, users only have the ability to link to one incident report. If a user wants to link the same dispatch event to multiple incident reports this linking process can be managed via the Event History section on the manager dashboard.
How to ink an event to more than one incident report:
From the side navigation, select Dispatch > Event History.
Use the search field or filters to locate the event you want to add to link and additional incident report to.
Click the hyperlinked event name to open it.
With the event open, you will see a drop down at the top labelled Incident Report.
By activating this drop down, you will see any incident reports the event is currently linked to.
Select the Manage Linked Incident Reports option.
A new panel will open where you can use the search box to locate an incident report by either Incident Report # or patient name.
Use the checkboxes to add/remove linked incident reports.
When you are done, click the Submit button.
You will then see the changes you made reflected the next time you click on the Incident Report drop down when viewing that dispatch event. Clicking the hyperlinked incident report will open it in a new browser tab for you.
