How to access closed dispatch events

Once a dispatch event is closed, it is removed from the Dispatch Console but remains accessible in the Event History section.

How to view and manage closed events:

  1. From the side navigation, select Dispatch > Event History.

  2. By default, you’ll land on the Event History section.

  3. Use the search box to locate a specific event or click the Filters button to filter by specific criteria.

  4. Click the hyperlinked event name (second column) to:

    • Modify the event

    • Re-open it (returns the event to the Dispatch Console)

    • Delete it (if your user permissions allow for this)
