If EDGEauditor manages your devices, the new version will be pushed automatically.
✨ What’s New
A Customizable Incident Report: You now have the flexibility to tailor questions and answer options to match your resort’s specific reporting needs.
NOTE #1: Printer templates will be temporarily unavailable once this release happens. They are being updated to reflect the incident report changes. In the meantime, you can still generate PDF copies of the full incident report by selecting the Print PDF button.
NOTE #2: All existing mandatory question settings will be lost and must be manually reconfigured after this release. All mandatory question settings must now be configured within the Incident Report > Report Template section on the manager dashboard. Now, all configurations for the incident report - including display logic, adding new questions, changing answer options and more - can be managed in one place.
Dispatch Improvements: Record data more efficiently with additional fields that feed directly into the incident report, the ability to create custom event types and more!
NOTE: The dispatch console has been moved to the manager dashboard for more efficient integration and access. Users accessing it from the browser app will automatically be redirected to to the manager dashboard. We will remove this access point from the Resorts app at the end of the winter season.
Manager Dashboard: We're in the process of modernizing the manager dashboard. As we update each module, you'll see interface improvements rolled out gradually across the platform.
