How to create a missing report alert

  1. From the side navigation menu, go to Reports > Alerts & Subscriptions. You'll land on the Missing Report Alerts tab by default.

  2. Click the blue New Alert button.

  3. In the panel that opens, give your alert a descriptive name so it's easy to identify later (e.g., Missing Park Inspection – South Park).

  4. From the Report Name drop-down, select the report this alert should monitor (e.g., Park Inspection – South Park).

  5. Set the time of day the alert should trigger. The alert will only send if the report hasn't been submitted by that time on days your resort is open.

πŸ’‘ Tip: If a report needs to be submitted twice a day (AM and PM), create two separate reports and name them to reflect the time (e.g., AM – Park Inspection – South Park and PM – Park Inspection – South Park), then setting up a separate alert for each.

  6. Click the Select Trigger Dates button to choose which dates the alert should be active.

  7. In the calendar window that opens, select the dates your property is open. Use the "<" and ">" icons to switch between months. You can also use the buttons at the top to quickly:

    • Select all weekends in a month

    • Select all days in the month

    • Clear your selections

  8. Click the green Save Operating Schedule button to save your calendar selections.

  9. Back on the alert panel, click the green Save button to finish creating the alert.

  10. To edit or delete an alert: Click the alert's name in the main table to reopen its settings.

How to Subscribe Users to Missing Report Alerts

Once an alert is created, users need to be subscribed to it in order to receive notifications.

Subscribing yourself:

On the Missing Report Alerts main screen, click the green

Subscribe button in the Email Subscription or Text Subscription column next to the alert you want to receive.

Subscribing another user:

  1. Open the User drop-down at the top of the screen and search for the user by name.

  2. Select the user from the results, then click Manage Alerts.

  3. Confirm the user in the pop-up that appears.

  4. Use the Subscribe buttons to set up their email and/or text subscriptions.

Important Things to Know

  • Where alerts are sent: Notifications are sent to the email address and/or mobile phone number saved on the user's profile. Make sure each user's contact information is up to date before subscribing them.

  • A report must have at least one prior submission before its alert will work. If a report has never been submitted, the alert won't trigger.
