Accessing your statements

We want to make it easy for you to keep track of your money. Here's how you can view and download your statements in the app:

  1. Go to the Profile tab.

  2. Select Account Statements or Investment Statements.

  3. Choose the account you want to view.

  4. While viewing a statement, tap Save to download a PDF version to your device.

Important Information:

  • We provide monthly and annual statements for savings accounts and quarterly and annual statements for investment accounts.

  • Savings account statements for the previous month are available from the 1st of the following month, or the 6th if a transaction is still pending on the 1st.

Statements for a specific date range

If you need a statement that covers a specific date range, our support team is happy to help.

Just send us a message through the in-app chat letting us know the account and the exact dates you need, and we'll get that sorted for you.

Having trouble viewing or downloading a statement?

Here are some steps you can take to try and fix the issue:

  • Make sure the Chip app has the necessary permissions on your phone.

  • Update your Chip app to the latest version if it's not already.

  • Check if your device has enough storage space.

  • Clear your default browser's cache and cookies.

  • Try using a different web browser like Chrome or Firefox.

  • Use both mobile data and Wi-Fi connections when attempting to download the statements.

Annual tax certificates

Unfortunately, we do not currently provide annual tax certificates. The statements provided in-app will show the amount of interest you've earned.
