Yes, we can accept cash ISA transfers into Chip, but only into the Chip Cash ISA. We can't accept ISA transfers into the Smart Cash ISA currently.

We can only accept a full transfer from your existing cash ISA into your Chip Cash ISA. This means you won't be able to transfer other ISA types, and we can't accept partial transfers, so you'll need to transfer the entire balance of your existing cash ISA.
While we can't accept external ISA transfers into the Smart Cash ISA, you can transfer your Chip Cash ISA to the Smart Cash ISA. You can read more about this here.
