You can easily update your PIN right in the app. Just follow these steps:
Head to the Profile tab.
Tap Secure login within the Security and help section.
Select Change PIN, enter your current PIN, and then choose a new one.
Forgotten your PIN?
Don’t worry if you’ve forgotten your current PIN. Simply open the Chip app and tap Forgotten your PIN? on the login screen to get back into your account.
