The debit card you connect to Chip needs to correspond with the linked bank account.
This is so our AI doesn’t calculate savings based on one bank account and then take money from a card connected to another account.
If these are different, it can also present issues with your deposits and withdrawals - if you notice that your debit card does not match your linked bank, no need to worry.
