Absolutely. We do not save any unnecessary information, and when we need to, we do not store any of the IDs that are sent to us on local servers. IDs are kept on fully encrypted and secure databases in accordance with GDPR regulations, to ensure that they are kept safe.
Any documentation that you send will be used only once to check that the details on the document match the details you registered to your Chip account. Thereafter, we save them in a secure, encrypted database as is required by customer due diligence requirements which enable us to ensure we have identity verification on all of our users, which is a key part of our compliance process.
