What is uninvested cash?
Your uninvested cash balance can be found in the Invest tab in the Stocks & Shares ISA and/or the GIA (General Investment Account).
This balance is made up of the following:
Deposited funds
Withdrawals from an investment fund
Dividends paid out
Any remaining amounts rounded down from unit purchases held for you as cash

Deposits into uninvested cash
You can deposit into your Uninvested Cash by:
Going to the Invest tab
Selecting either your Stocks & Shares ISA or General Investments
Tapping Cash > Add Money.
Please ensure your bank account is linked to Chip before making a deposit.
Deposits into uninvested cash will clear by the end of the next working day.
Withdrawals from uninvested cash
When you withdraw (sell), your funds will first go to your uninvested cash balance.
You can withdraw from your uninvested cash by:
Going to the Invest tab
Selecting either your Stocks & Shares ISA or General Investments
Tapping on Cash > Withdraw.
The withdrawal will go to your linked bank account (you can check the account you have linked on the Profile tab) and will take 3-5 working days to land in your account.
