Once your client has executed all critical documents for the listing, and you are ready for it to go live in order to link with and interact with offers, you may Publish your listing.

Confirm your Exclusive Right to Sell is housed within this listing, and has been executed by both you and your client.
The buyer's agent will be able to auto-fill information from the ERS into their CBS, even if the ERS is not viewable by them.
Ensure any other critical listing docs are complete and signed by all parties.
Click the 'Publish Listing' at the top right of your transaction.
Your listing is now live, and you will be able to receive offers seamlessly from any other GIC user.
You can also use the Public Link to share your listing externally, such as in the agent notes in your MLS listing, and allow people to locate the transaction and easily submit an offer. --> Read the article on creating a public link here.
You may unpublish your listing at any time by clicking the 'Unpublish Listing' button at the top right of your transaction.
