Once your client has executed all critical documents for the listing, and you are ready for it to go live in order to link with and interact with offers, you may Publish your listing.
Video Tutorial:
Publish to GIC (Updated 2)
1. Navigate to your listing within GIC.
2. Click "Publish to GIC"
3. Click "Yes - Confirm"
4. Once published you will see this public link pop up next to the address. Toggle to public.
5. Click "I Understand"
6. You can toggle any document to public. This will make this document viewable and downloadable when the public link is clicked on.
Tip: Tip! You can copy and past the public link to your MLS broker remarks. An agent can use that link to submit an offer to you as well as view documents you have made public.
7. Click "Copy Public Link" to copy and past it anywhere you would like.
8. When the public link is clicked on documents you have toggled to public are available to be viewed and downloaded. An agent can also submit an offer to you using GIC by using the "Start Offer" button. They do not have to be a GIC user to send an offer. That link will walk them through creating an offer and submitting it to you. They will create a free limited account to do so.
