Accepting GIC invitation

Steps to create your free GIC account as a client.

  1. Receive invitation

    1. You'll get an invitation from your agent.

    2. Click Accept Invitation.

  2. Create your account

    1. Set your password.

    2. Click Join Workspace

  3. Set up your signature

    1. Choose to type or draw your signature

    2. Do the same for you initials

    3. You can also skip this step and do it later.

  4. Access your dashboard

    1. Click Next and then Go To Dashboard to enter your client account.

  5. Explore the Dashboard

    1. Home Screen: Customize what you see (dates & deadlines, transactions, etc.)

    2. Transactions: View all current and past transactions.

    3. Dates and Deadlines: View these by a daily view or see all upcoming dates and deadlines

    4. Documents: see all documents

    5. Signable documents: view all documents that need to be signed

  6. View your Agent(s)

    1. Go the Agent tab to see a list of agent(s) you are working with or have worked with in the past.

    2. When you click on the agent's name view related documents and transactions

  7. Transactions

    1. View all of your transactions active and past

  8. Update your profile

    1. Click you Name to access your account settings

      1. Profile picture and personal information

      2. Signature and initials

      3. Change Email

      4. Change Password
