Vendor Account Set Up

Step by step guide on creating your GIC account as a vendor

Setting Up Your GIC Account (Vendor- Title Rep, Mortgage Lender etc..)

  1. Accept the invitation

    1. Once you receive the email invitation from your agent, click Accept Invitation.

  2. Create your account

    1. Set up a password.

    2. Click Join Workspace

  3. Create your signature

    1. You can either type or draw your signature and initials.

Customize your Home Dashboard

  1. Click on the Configure button to add widgets to your home dashboard

    1. Transactions: See all of the transactions you are involved in.

    2. Latest Transactions: Another view of all your transactions but you can filter these by status.

    3. Dates & Deadlines: See a daily view of all your dates and deadlines.

    4. Master Calendar: A calendar view of all of your dates and deadlines. You can also hover over a date and see that property it is associated with and click into that specific transaction.

  1. Client

    1. View your list of clients.

  2. Transactions

    1. Full list of transactions you are involved in. You can filter this by type, status or by client.

    2. If you click into a transaction you will be able to view any documents that have been made available to you as well as upload any documents needed for the transaction.

  3. Templates

    1. Create templates for emails you send to clients/ agents.

    2. Create templates for documents.

  4. Personal Profile

    1. Click on your name.

    2. Edit your profile picture and any contact information.

    3. Edit your signature.

    4. Update your username/ password.
