Create Amend and send (Transaction that is U/c and both sides are using GIC)

Step by Step Guide

1. Navigate to you GIC offer or listing.

2. Click "Add New" to add the amend.

3. Click "Document"

4. Start typing "amend".

5. Then select the amend extend document.

6. Click "Add Documents"

7. Click on the link to the amend to fill it out.

8. Clicking "Auto-fill" will add information from the CBS and help fill out the amend as much as it can.

9. Click "Apply" to add the data into the amend.

10. Then update anything you need to change in the amend.

11. Click "Send Message" to send the amend to your client to sign.

12. Click "My Client" to add their email automatically.

13. Toggle to "Signable" so that your client can sign.

14. Click "Send Now".

15. Click the "Amend" button to send this over to the other side.

16. Select the amend document.

17. You can choose to send the listing agent an email or just simply send the amend over by clicking continue.

18. If you want to include a message use the toggle.

19. Click "Continue"

20. Enter in the message you would like to send.

21. Click "Send Now"

22. Once the amend is signed by both sides, if any dates were changed on the amend they will update automatically.
