Can I choose the exact problems on an exam?

Creating exams and choosing the problems students will see

When creating an exam, teachers can choose the exact exam problems using the option for all students to have the same problems.

Teachers can copy exams from other teachers in the district. When copying an exam with exact problems, teachers can keep or change the problems or use random problems.

Exact problems option:

From Work, choose Create Exam using the blue + sign.

Name the exam and choose the option: Each student gets the same problems. You can choose them below.

On the right side, choose a skill to add to the exam.

On the left side, choose the number of problems. Open the skill preview to choose the exact problem(s).

Using the cycle button, choose the exact problem for the exam. The orange dot next to the number indicates an exact problem was chosen.

In the image below, two problems from the skill are included on the exam, and the teacher has selected the exact problem for the first problem.

Continue to add skills and choose exact problems for the exam.

Save the exam and publish to class(es). Choose the shuffle option if needed.

Teachers can shuffle the order of the problems.

Copying an exact problem exam from a colleague:

From Work, click the Colleagues and My Work button.

After clicking on the Colleagues and My Work button, teachers can choose to copy work from teachers at their school, in their district, or from their own work folders.

Find the exam to copy. Click the copy button.

Choose to keep the same problems, change the problems, or change the option to random problems.

Teachers can leave the copied exam as is to retain the exact problems chosen for the copied exam.

To select random problems for each student, teachers can change the setting on the copied exam.

Using the cycle button, teachers can choose other problems.
