Students may wish to turn off the smiley faces as the falling smiley faces cause a one second delay in entering the next answer. Students competing with other students may wish to enter answers quicker. 

To turn off smiley faces, a student can choose Settings from the white horizontal lines at the top right of the student screen. Then the student unchecks the box for Smileys to turn off the smiley faces.

Students still have immediate feedback as the magenta dot/X/table outline will appear for any problems answered incorrectly on the first try.
