For students to take an exam, the teacher must enable the Show feature for the exam.

When Show is enabled, the student will request the exam or follow-up from his student menu on his dashboard.

Troubleshooting tips for a student who is not able to view Exams & Follow-ups in their menu

If the student is on a mobile device, the teacher must enable the slider for Allow exams on mobile devices. This slider is found in Settings at the bottom of the page.

This student is on a mobile device or a small tablet. One way to know this is to see that his raised hand shows at the bottom of his student menu.

When the teacher enables the setting to allow exams on mobile devices, he is able to see Exams & Follow-ups as an option.
