To break the forgetting cycle, students should earn points in Spiral Review each day. Spiral Review is included in each GMM assignment!

From WORK, when creating an assignment, GMM includes 8 Spiral Review points as the default. Teachers can choose to include more points with each assignment.

Teachers can edit the number of points for each skill. GMM recommends 3 points per skill.

When students view the assignment, the targeted skills are shown in the top left with Spiral Review skills shown below the targeted skills.

Each section includes the number of points required to complete each portion of the assignment.

The number of points required to complete the assignment as well as a student's progress show in the top middle portion of the student screen (dashboard).

To check that students have completed an assignment including Spiral Review points, teachers check Assignments from the middle gray column. Teachers can view which students have completed the assignment, how many points were earned in each portion of the assignment, and how many errors were fixed.

Alternatively, teacher can view the Points History report to see that students complete the expected number of points while viewing the number of errors fixed as well.

Students can view their Work History or their calendars to ensure completion. Work History and Calendars are found in the student menu.
