At Bits, we appreciate customers who manage their accounts responsibly. With Bits Rewards, you can earn points on eligible activity and redeem them as a credit against your Bits Credit Card balance. It’s a simple way to recognise your ongoing engagement with your membership.
Earning Bits Reward Points
As you use your Bits credit card and manage your account responsibly, you'll accumulate Bits Reward points. These points serve as our way of thanking you for your loyalty and financial diligence.
Redeeming Your Bits Reward Points
To redeem your accumulated points towards your credit card balance, please ensure the following conditions are met:
Manual Payment: Initiate a full manual payment towards your credit card balance.
Minimum Points: Accumulate at least 5,500 Bits Reward points.
Account Status: Ensure there are no overdue balances on your credit card or subscription fee, and that your card is active (not frozen).
Once these conditions are satisfied, you'll be eligible to redeem your points.
Points Conversion Rate
Currently, 5,500 Bits Reward points are equivalent to £1. You can redeem up to a maximum of £10 in rewards per month.
Points Validity
Your Bits Reward points remain valid for 18 months after you cancel your account. Notably, there is no expiry for the points themselves as long as your account remains active.
