But don’t worry — the key Bits Money features have not gone away. We have moved them into the main Bits Credit Card app, so everything is now available in one place.

Why has the Bits Money app been shut down?

We’ve moved the Bits Money features into the Bits Credit Card app to make things simpler. Instead of using two separate apps, you can now access your Bits Credit Card account and Bits Money features from one app.

What features have moved?

You can now access the following features in the Bits Credit Card app:

AI Finance Assistant

Chat with your personalised finance assistant and ask questions about your money, spending, and finances.

Dashboard insights

View trends and insights across areas such as:

  • Cash balance

  • Income

  • Spending

  • Credit card balances

  • Subscriptions

  • Other money insights

Daily finance lessons

Access bite-sized lessons designed to help you build better financial knowledge and habits over time.

Fez, our mascot

Fez has also moved into the Bits Credit Card app, so you can still interact with him there.

Has anything been removed?

Nothing you rely on from Bits Money has been removed. The key features have simply been moved into the Bits Credit Card app.

What do I need to do?

Please make sure you are using the latest version of the Bits Credit Card app.

Once updated, you should be able to access the Bits Money features directly from the main app.

I can’t see the features in my app

If you cannot see the Bits Money features, please try the following:

  1. Update your Bits Credit Card app to the latest version.

  2. Close and reopen the app.

  3. Log out and log back in.

If you still cannot see the features after doing this, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
