How to Update Your Personal Details in the Bits App

Keeping your personal details up to date is crucial for ensuring a smooth and secure experience with our services. In the Bits App, you have the flexibility to change most of your personal information quickly and easily. Here's a step-by-step guide on how you can make these changes right from the app.

Updating Your Address

Moved to a new place? Here's how to update your address:

1. Navigate to "Settings" in the Bits App.

2. Go to "Account Settings".

3. Tap on "Update my Postal Address".

4. Fill in your new address details and save the changes.

Changing Payment Details

To update billing information or to change the card you're using:

1. Access "Settings" from the main menu in the Bits App.

2. Head over to "Account Settings".

3. Select "Update my Billing Details".

4. Enter your new card details and ensure they're correct before saving.

Modifying Your Payment Date

If you need to change the date your payment is due:

1. Go to the "Settings" section of the Bits App.

2. Choose "Account Settings".

3. Click on "Change my Payment Date".

4. Pick the new date that you would prefer for your payment schedule.

Changing My Plan
