After purchasing a gift card through our service, our goal is to deliver it promptly and efficiently. Typically, we strive to send out your gift card within 24 hours of purchase.

If it's been more than 24 hours and you've checked both your inbox and spam folder without finding the gift card email, please follow these steps:

  1. Verify Your Email Address: Make sure the email address associated with your account is correct and current.

  2. Contact Support: by emailing at hello@getbits.app or calling us at 0207 438 2090 during our operating hours (Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm).
