Breezy emails you a CSV file containing exactly the data you selected.

How to Export
Apply filters (optional)
Use any filter on the Accounts or Maintenance Plans table (e.g., Membership customers, Outstanding balance, Lapsed plans).Click Export
A modal opens with:Email field (your email is filled in automatically)
A full list of exportable fields grouped by category
“Select All” and “Clear All” options
Choose the fields you want
Only the fields you check will appear in your CSV.Enter the destination email
Must be a valid email address.Click Send Export
Breezy queues the export and emails the CSV once ready.

What’s Included in the Export
Accounts Export
You can include fields such as:
Account details (name, tags, type, archive status)
Primary contact information
All location addresses
Equipment counts and types
Active maintenance plan indicators
Financial metrics (lifetime value, total paid, outstanding balance)
Job history (last job date, days since last job)
Flags (Do Not Service + reason)
Maintenance Plans Export
Includes information like:
Plan name, status, activation/lapse dates
Billing structure (monthly, annual, upfront)
Plan financials (MRR, annual value, lifetime revenue)
Associated account + primary contact
Renewal settings and renewal date
Visit history (completed, overdue, next visit)
Location details
Equipment tied to the plan
Sales details (sold by, business unit)
How the CSV Is Delivered
Once the export is generated, Breezy emails a downloadable CSV file to the email you provided.
There’s no wait time on the page—you can continue working while the export runs.
