Service Types

Start by defining the services your company offers for online booking. These are the categories homeowners see when they go to your booking page.

Examples include:

  • Maintenance – recurring visits to keep systems running smoothly

  • Repairs – service calls for equipment issues

  • Estimates – requests for quotes on new jobs

Each service has a booking type (Instant or Request) and can be updated whenever needed.

Booking Types

Decide how homeowners can request each service:

  • Instant Booking – Homeowners see technician availability and book directly into your schedule.

  • Request Booking – Homeowners submit a request, and your team confirms the details later.

Service Settings

Every service type—maintenance, repairs, estimates, or equipment work—can be configured with specific preferences to match how your business operates.

Configuration Options

  • Job Types – Choose which job types apply to the service.

  • Technician Schedules – Select which technicians can be booked for that service.

  • Booking Preferences – Control how jobs are assigned and confirmed.

Technician Assignment

Decide how Breezy assigns instant bookings:

  • Random – Jobs are distributed evenly among available technicians.

  • Ordered – Set a priority order, and Breezy will try each technician in turn until one is available.

Schedule Availability

Set the hours when homeowners can book your services:

  • Daily Hours – Define available times for each day of the week.

  • Unavailable Days – Mark days off (such as weekends or holidays).

  • Earliest Availability – Minimum time before a visit can be booked.

  • Latest Availability – Maximum time in advance a visit can be booked.

The availability homeowners see is based on the combination of your booking hours and technician schedules.

Sharing Your Booking Page

Once services are configured, make your booking page easy to access:

  • Booking Page Link – Share your unique URL (e.g., https://brzy.io/bh358qv) on your website, email signature, or social media.

  • Confirmation Page – Customize the page homeowners see after submitting a booking. Use this space to share next steps or emergency contact details.

Branding and Messaging

Keep your booking page on brand and informative:

  • Service Area – Restrict bookings to the zip codes you serve.

  • Branding – Apply your company’s colors (e.g., button color #1677FF).

  • After-Hours Banner – Show an emergency message after homeowners complete the request form.

Legal and Policies

Add your company’s Terms & Conditions to keep the process transparent. This is the place to outline:

  • Cancellation rules

  • Service guarantees

  • Payment policies

Customers will see these during booking, ensuring expectations are clear from the start.

✅ With these settings in place, your booking page will reflect your services, technician availability, and brand—making scheduling simple for homeowners and efficient for your team.
