The Breezy Technician App makes it easy to get directions to your jobs without needing to copy and paste addresses. With one tap, you can launch your preferred navigation app and start driving right away.
Opening Navigation to a Job
Open a Job in the Technician App.
Tap the map icon next to the job’s address.
Your default navigation app will launch with the job address pre-filled.
Choosing Your Default Navigation App (Technician App)
You can choose which app opens when you tap the map icon:
In the Technician App, go to More → User Settings.
Find the option for Preferred Map App.
Choose between:
Google Maps
Apple Maps (iOS only)
Waze
Your choice is automatically saved.
From now on, whenever you tap the map icon on a job, Breezy will launch your selected app.
Managing Navigation Settings (Office App)
Admins and office staff can also control these settings:
Open the Office Experience.
Go to Settings → User Settings.
Choose the preferred navigation app (Google Maps, Apple Maps, or Waze).
This ensures consistency across both the technician and office experiences.
