Using the Help Center in the Technician App

The Breezy Technician App includes a built-in Help Center so you can quickly get support without needing to go through your office staff. Here’s how it works:


Accessing the Help Center

  1. Open the Technician App.

  2. Tap the More button (⋮).

  3. Select Help from the menu.

This opens a pop-up window with two main options:

  • Search for help articles

  • Chat directly with Breezy Support


Searching Help Articles

  • You can browse or search through available help articles directly from the app.

  • Current topics include logging in, navigating the app, and troubleshooting common issues.

  • New articles and videos are added regularly, so the library will continue to grow over time.


Chatting with Breezy Support

  • You can send a message to the Breezy support team anytime.

  • If our offices are closed, you’ll see a note about when we’ll be back online.

  • Multiple team members monitor the chat, so even if one person is busy, someone else can step in.

  • You can attach files or screenshots to help explain your issue.


AI-Powered Assistance

Before a support agent replies, the chat may suggest answers automatically by searching our help articles and resources. This lets you get instant help when possible.


Viewing Past Conversations

  • Under the Messages section, you can see both active and past conversations with Breezy support.

  • If you forget an answer or need to revisit a solution, just open the past chat to review it.


Tracking Tickets

If you report a bug or request support that requires investigation, you may see a Tickets section appear.

  • This will show the status of your ticket.

  • You’ll receive updates and a notification when the ticket is resolved.
