Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Find the Maintenance Plan
Navigate to the maintenance plans listing page or the specific customer’s account page to find the plan that is up for renewal or has expired.
2. Click on the "Renew Plan" Button
An orange banner containing a blue button to "Renew Plan" will be displayed at the top of the page. Alternatively, click on the ••• icon in the left column beneath the customer account name and location and click on "Renew Plan" from the select menu.
3. Choose Renewal Option
A prompt will appear asking if you would like to configure the same plan or a new one. Select the desired option to continue.
4. Configure Plan
Follow the steps to configure the new plan. If the same plan is being configured, the previous billing info and plan visit data will be preserved.

5. Collect Payment
Select the appropriate payment method and enter in the necessary details to complete the transaction. The plan will become activated and the customer can now enjoy uninterrupted service!
