Renewing a Maintenance Plan in the Tech App

How to renew a customer's maintenance plan that is due for renewal or may have expired.

Step-by-Step Instructions


1. Tap on the Maintenance Plan

On the Appointment Details page, scroll down to the "Maintenance Plan" section. Tap on the plan that is up for renewal.

2. Click on the "Renew Plan" Button

An orange banner containing a blue button to "Renew Plan" will be displayed at the top of the plan's detail page. Alternatively, click on the β€’β€’β€’ icon in the left column beneath the customer account name and location and click on "Renew Plan" from the select menu.

3. Choose Renewal Option

A prompt will appear asking if you would like to configure the same plan or a new one. Select the desired option to continue.

4. Configure Plan

Follow the steps to configure the new plan. If the same plan is being configured, the previous billing info and plan visit data will be preserved.

5. Collect Payment

Select the appropriate payment method and enter in the necessary details to complete the transaction. The plan will become activated and the customer can now enjoy uninterrupted service!
