Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Find the Maintenance Plan

Navigate to the maintenance plans listing page or the specific customer’s account page to find the plan that you'd like to cancel.

2. Click on the "•••" Button

In the left column next to the "Schedule Visit" button, click on the ••• icon. Then click on "Cancel Plan" from the select menu.

3. Cancelation Reason

A prompt will appear to confirm the action of cancelling the plan. A "Reason Type" is required and a "Cancelation Reason" is optional.

If the plan contains unused visits, you will be asked how you would like to manage them. You can:

  • Expire the unused visits immediately

  • Keep the unused visits until the original plan expiration date

A small toggle switch let's you notify the customer that the plan has been canceled. It is set to "ON" by default.

To continue with the cancelation, click on "Cancel Plan".

4. Canceled Plan

Upon successful cancelation, a small toast message will appear confirming the action. The plan status will also update to "Canceled". If unused visits have been kept then they will retain their original status. If they have been expired then their status will update to be "Expired".

And that's it! The plan has successfully been canceled.
