Adding a new category to store menu on the Wordpress website

1. Log in to the Wordpress editor.
2. Access the categories tab on the left side.
3. Click add new category.
4. Fill in Category details.
- Category Slug: Will be the name of the category.
- Category URL: /store/category/categoryslug?locId=1 (Location id will be 1 unlessyou have multiple locations.
- Location ID: will be 1 unless you have multiple locations. If you have multiple locations please reach out to our team to obtain the location ID.
5. Once all information has been entered in, click update on the right hand side towards the top of the page.

6. Then go to the Appearance tab on the left hand side and acess the the menu section.
7. Select the menu you want to edit in this case it will be the Primary Menu.
8.On the left menu select Custom link.
9. Fill in URL with the previous url you made when creating the category.
10. Link text will be the category name.
11. Add to menu then drag under the store section with the other categories.
12. Then reach out to our support team to get the category added onto the carrot eccom.
