Monitoring

The monitoring page in Carrot is where you can view all of the product that Carrot has synced from your POS.

Product Not Showing in Monitoring

If you do not see a product in the Monitoring page, make sure it is in a sellable room. Carrot can only see products that are in a sellable state β€” any product that is in a vault, hidden, or non-sellable room will not appear in Carrot monitoring.


Product Not Showing Online

If a product has been moved to a sellable room but is not appearing online, the first step is to check Settings > Monitoring for more details.

  1. Search for the product by name.

  2. Click the dropdown arrow on the right-hand side to expand the product details.

  3. Scroll down to the 'Issues' area within the product details.

  4. You may also see a red bolded message directly under the product details that will call out the error and any required action.
