Product Not Showing in Monitoring
If you do not see a product in the Monitoring page, make sure it is in a sellable room. Carrot can only see products that are in a sellable state β any product that is in a vault, hidden, or non-sellable room will not appear in Carrot monitoring.
Product Not Showing Online
If a product has been moved to a sellable room but is not appearing online, the first step is to check Settings > Monitoring for more details.
Search for the product by name.
Click the dropdown arrow on the right-hand side to expand the product details.
Scroll down to the 'Issues' area within the product details.
You may also see a red bolded message directly under the product details that will call out the error and any required action.
